With a recent expansion in the number of comments the ICANN blog has been receiving, there have been a number of queries and complaints about individual comments not appearing. As such we felt it would be helpful to state ICANN’s policy on blog comments so the community is aware of the system in place.

After discussions today with RegisterFly it seems clear that RegisterFly now has no technical impedements to do what’s necessary to service its eNom customers, including obtain auth-codes. ICANN spoke yesterday with Kevin Medina and Mark Klein of RegisterFly. ICANN asked for greater clarity from RegisterFly about auth-info codes and draw attention to this link to the registerfly.com auth-info codes retrieval process. The United States District Court in New Jersey yesterday awarded Kevin Medina control of RegisterFly.com Inc. The decision resolves a dispute over ownership of the company. A quick update – RegisterFly’s website is back up and Glenn Stansbury of RegisterFly claims that transactions are being processed. If you wish to unlock names and get auth codes go to www.registerfly.com In addition, RegisterFly claims to have more people working on the phone, answering customer calls, and more doing technical support.
