actually, it's not just that UnifiedNames as a company, should be taken out of market, but the people behind it, and who are the ones whoa actually give it any "behaviour", should be in jail!

Let's not get distracted following "corporations" and let's put in jail the persons that are responsible for all this.

Paul,

Any news on the 48 hourly updates - we're now on the 29 March, the last posting is for the 20th here. Are they sending the details of domains transferred or not?

(BTW, I've managed to get out 20+ more including nearly all my .uk domains and .org ones. The .info ones seem stuck at present with multiple locks that RF can't remove.)

Tim, I have had the same issues with being charged multiple times for renewals that didn't happen, as well as having my support tickets dissappear. None of the lock/unlock/change domain info settings work for me either... my domain since 2001 expired today, what a pain!

Well, I should have anticipated this and made sure I took screen shots: Registerfly has deleted all my support tickets requesting unlocks of my domains. I.e. covering their butts, so they can pretend I never took any action. But my troubles with the interface still haven't changed: I can't unlock anything, and the domain with no authorization code still remains RRP.

Another 8 escaped - over the weekend something seems to have started working at RF and domains are actually being released, even those with deleteProhibited status.

Yesterday an E-Mail address associated with a domain and Website that was active and which I own, kept "Timing out"... So I checked the Website to see if it would come up, and it didn't.

I then received an E-Mail from RegisterFly.com that said my domain renewal would run out May 2, 2007, and that I needed to renew this domain. I had already renewed the domain the first of March, BUT, RF did not renew it! Instead they charged my account 3 times for a year renewal, and not just on this Site, for 3 more.

I was able to get in my account with RF and change over the DNS info back to mine, not kowing if it will stay that way.

I have tried all the regular routes to contact RF in regards to this problem and my account, but to no avail! They do not answer the phones, or their E-mail, or their Support Tickets !

I have spent hours on the phone trying to get ahold of them.

I went to GO-Daddy to see how much it was going to cost to transfer the domains to them - almost $70.00 for 4 domains - BUT, they added into the transfer things I do not need or want, but was going to charge me anyway! I think this is herendous as well !

Where are all the honest Companies, and why doesn't ICANN look into these Compaines with a Microscope ?
