Tigress,

This is quite unusual that you are making vague and ambiguous statements on very old posts.

If looks very much like spamming behaviour. Please either provide more useful information on more recent posts (these are two months old) or you risk being blocked from the blog.

RegisterFly laughs at ICANN because they know they can't do anything to them but cancel their approval status and force them to remove the ICANN logo for their site. I had 5 domains with RF and was able to transfer 4 of them. RF will not reply to my request for an auth code to transfer my 5th domain. Of course, the domain RF is holding hostage is a PR6 with thousands of backlinks and 100,000+ visitors monthly. My other domains they allowed to transfer had little traffic and just a few backlinks. I think it's more than just by chance that RF is holding my best domain hostage.

Same here, exactly. Domain: ADVC.ORG. Renewed succssfully in January prior to its expiration date, expiration date is now in Feb 2008, couldn't transfer out due to some mandatory hold period, and now (1) the domain shows as "expired" in my RF account, (2) DNS settings hijacked: ad parking page, no email.

Emailed Mike Zupke. I stil have hope... :)

ICANN has no authority. That's why ICANN, the ICANN logo and the concept of ICANN accreditation have proven to be total failures. The only thing ICANN cares about is ICANN. They claim it is not their job to regulate the industry. If it is not ICANN's job, then who's job is it? As it stands now, the entire domain system is a free for all without any regulation or protection whatsoever for the individual domain owner. Domain and business owners are hostages to companies that can act in any manner they please. This current situation between Registerfly and Enom (the result of two companies fighting) has put 900,000 people at risk. It is time to change the system. We need universal policy to ensure the fair and legal behavior of Registrars and a division of government with the authority to enforce it.

My account has been seized. For whatever reason, Registerfly has changed my password. I am supposed to contact risk management, however, nobody answers the phones. I get no response from my emails. I can't send a help ticket because I have no access to the account. Does anyone have any idea as to how I can force this company to respond to me?

Why is ICANN allowing registerfly to sell our names to related entities (ENOM and expirely.com etc...) and not helping us. I have already lost 3 that expirefly sold, another 3 that they are "holding" and will soon lose yet another three.

If ICANN can't prevent this, who can and who cares about the integrity of the system?
