Afaik however Miredo is not the same thing as Teredo, but rather an opensource software implementation of Teredo. 
It is also worth mentioning that Miredo gets the job well done also under linux http://www.remlab.net/miredo/ (the OSX implementation is actually just a port of the original linux/bsd software).</description>
