Sound's great Kieren,

I'm looking forward to seeing your improvements for Sydney.

To have live audio and video streams for each room would be a huge step forward and to have archived copies of audio and video made available straight after each session will be most helpful for people in different time zones.

All presentations as well; sounds fantastic.

One particular session which I believe we discussed at/just after the Mexico meeting was Branding and New gTLDs http://mex.icann.org/node/2977

This session was of particular interest to us and some of our clients. And you mentioned you would be making the presentation(s)available. If the material is still available I would really appreciate it if it could be added to the web page.

We already do - and have done for years.

Plus ICANN provides live transcripts, interpretation, public comments and chatrooms.

And it will be even better in Sydney. I hope you take advantage of these tools.

It is very useful to have the video and audio both streamed live and then have the archive video posted straight after the meeting with the option to stream or download. Plus ALL the presentations and documents in one place on a single web page – very organized.

Does ICANN have the capabilities to copy the Subcommittee’s approach for the Sydney meeting for the benefit of the people unable to attend the actual meetings?
