As CEO of ICANN, his "position" dictates future policy emphasis & direction. And his public comments obviously pertain to issues relevant to the internet community. Yes, please steer us toward "numerous other fora where people are discussing what was said in the message". I would like to participate in the discussion there, so please do list them.
